# StrengthIQ Privacy Policy

This policy describes how **StrengthIQ** ("the app") handles information when you use it on your iPhone.

## Summary

- Workout and exercise data you enter in the app is stored **only on your device**.
- We **do not** send your data to our servers. **There is no cloud storage** for your workout data in this version of the app.
- We **do not** sell, rent, or share your workout data with third parties.

## Information the app uses

The app may store **locally** on your device:

- Exercise names and settings you interact with in the app  
- Logged sets (for example: weight, reps, dates, and related fields you choose to enter)  
- Estimated or manual one-rep max values you save in the app  

This information is used **only** to show you your history and calculations inside the app.

## Where your data lives

All such data is kept in **on-device storage** (using Apple's standard app data mechanisms on your iPhone). It stays on your device unless you **back up** your device through Apple's systems (for example iCloud Backup or encrypted computer backup), which is under **your** Apple ID and device settings - not a separate cloud service operated by the app.

Uninstalling the app may **delete** app data from the device according to iOS behavior; rely on your own backups if you need to keep records.

## Data sharing

We **do not**:

- Upload your workout logs to our servers  
- Use your workout data for advertising  
- Sell or license your workout data to others  

We do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app **as described in this policy** for the current release. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before collecting new types of data.

## Third-party services and SDKs

For the current release, StrengthIQ does **not** use third-party analytics, advertising, or data-broker SDKs that collect your workout data.

If Apple platform services are involved in device backup/restore (for example iCloud Backup), that processing is handled by Apple under your Apple account and settings. StrengthIQ does not run a separate third-party cloud for your workout logs.

## Access, correction, and deletion requests

Because workout data is stored locally on your device, you can directly edit or remove entries in the app.

If you want all local app data removed, you can uninstall StrengthIQ from your device (subject to normal iOS behavior) and restore only from backups you choose to keep.

If you have a privacy request (including correction or deletion questions), contact us and include "StrengthIQ Privacy Request" in your message.

## Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
