# TrainIQ Privacy Policy

## Summary

- We do not collect personal data such as name, email, precise location, contacts, photos, or health data.
- Timer presets, session settings, and related information you configure in the app are stored only on your device.
- The app does not send your data to our servers. There is no app-operated cloud storage for your data in this version.
- The app does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

## What Data We Collect

The app may store this app data locally on your device:

- Timer and workout mode selections (for example AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and custom intervals)
- Countdown lengths, audible and voice cue preferences, and other settings you adjust
- Preset and configuration data you save for your sessions

This information is used only to provide core app functionality (run timers and apply your preferences).

## Third-Party Services Or SDKs

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection SDKs in the current release.

The app may rely on Apple-provided iOS system frameworks for core operation (for example, local storage, audio playback, and haptics). We do not use these frameworks to send your app data to our own servers.

If third-party SDKs are added in a future version and they collect data, this policy and App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.

## Where Your Data Lives

All such data is stored on-device using Apple's standard app storage mechanisms. It stays on your device unless you back up your device through Apple systems (for example iCloud Backup or encrypted computer backup), which is controlled by your Apple ID and device settings.

Uninstalling the app may remove app data from the device according to iOS behavior. Use your own backups if you need to retain records.

## Data Sharing

We do not share the data described above with third parties.

Specifically, the app does not:

- Upload your timer or workout configuration to app servers
- Use your data for advertising
- Sell or license your data to others

## Audio And Voice Features

The app plays local audio cues and optional voice prompts for timer functionality. These features do not require account creation and do not upload your personal data.

## Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
